Participation Rules:

  • There is no limit on the number of team members for each participating project.

  • Participants can only choose one project to enter the competition.

Track Selection:

  • Each participating project can only register for either the Singapore Hackathon or the Bangkok Hackathon. It is not allowed to register for both hackathons simultaneously.

  • Participating projects can choose one or more tracks to participate in the competition. The preliminary review will determine which track the project can participate in based on the functions achieved by the project.

Preliminary Submission Checklist:

  • Source code

  • Design documents

  • Project introduction

Code Submission Deadlines:

  • All dates and times for the hackathon are based on UTC+8 time zone.

  • Singapore Hackathon: August 28, 12:00 a.m.

  • Bangkok Hackathon: October 16, 12:00 a.m.

  • Late submissions will be invalid.

  • Demo video link (do not upload directly to GitHub, add the link address to the README)

  • Project-related PPT link (do not upload large files directly, add the link address to the README)

Demo Upload Issues:

  • Please upload the demo video to YouTube and submit the YouTube link in the GitHub README.

  • Please upload the project-related PPT to Google Drive and submit the Google Drive link in the GitHub README.
