Cosmos Game of NFTs - Interchain Hackathon Recap & Result Announcement
The Interchain Hackathon, featuring The Cosmos Game of NFTs, has recently come to a close. Developers were invited to create innovative solutions using Interchain NFTs (ICS721), with a prize of $300,000 USD up for grabs. We received an impressive 64 submissions across 5 tracks, from which 13 winners were selected. It is truly inspiring to witness so many talented developers contribute to the growth of the blockchain industry. Let's now take a closer look at these 13 excellent winning submissions!

Lendlord is an Interchain NFT Leasing platform designed to revolutionize the digital asset-sharing landscape by introducing an innovative dApp for NFT leasing. The platform aims to create an interconnected and inclusive digital economy where users can unlock the full potential of their NFT holdings and actively participate in a thriving ecosystem of shared resources.
Cosmos Hub track

NFTokenizer allows the user to tokenize any asset into an NFT with cross-chain compatibility. The project is built on Neutron as a dApp and utilizes Interchain Security implicitly by getting the whole Cosmos Hub security behind the minted NFTs. It combines NFTs, ICA, ICS and ICS721, to tokenize any asset (including accounts) without implementing another standard.

CosmoSwap is a DeFi aggregator that unites the liquidity of decentralized exchanges into one comprehensive interface via IBC - By leveraging IBC, the Dapp performs cross-chain tokens swap.

The project aims to allow NFTs transfers from Ethereum to Cosmos and beyond by connecting Gravity Bridge to ICS721 (Interchain NFT). The implementation was showcased with a UI, and it is the first working demo for this essential infrastructure to unlock NFTs interoperability between Ethereum and Cosmos.

ICS721 transfers with taxes and incentives
The Ark Protocol team constructed the proxy contracts needed for areas other than just incentives and fees, with the vision of showcasing outgoing proxies for safe and secure ICS721 Interchain Transfers.

Astral aims to improve NFTs transfers UX by easily bridging cosmos NFTs with ICS721. The application serves for smooth transfers, transparent provenance, and powerful NFT tools in the next chapter of the Interoperable NFT.
