You can register for the hackathon here, and once you have done so you can reach out to the other hackers who have registered so far via Dorahacks here.

If you already have an idea for a project

If you already have an idea for your project, you can create it as a ‘BUIDL’ in Dorahacks, by clicking create new BUIDL here. You can then activate "recruit" button at the "team" section and add requirements for teammates. Please note that your project will not appear under our BUIDLs tab, until the hackathon begins, at which time you’ll be able to submit your BUIDL here.

Once you have created your BUIDL you can post it in the Team Formation channel in our Discord if you are looking for people to join your project.

If you are looking to join another project

Head over the team formation channel in our Discord. After the hackathon starts on Monday, you will see existing hackathon projects under our BUIDL tab here.
