1. Accommodation reimbursement eligibility

2. Accommodation reimbursement conditions

You can apply for reimbursement of accommodation expenses if you meet one of the following conditions:

a. Attendence. Participate our hacker house event, with each day of signing up (during any time of the hacking day), we would provide you $200 HKD /per night. The total of reimbursement based on attendance depends on the number days that you sign up with us.

b. If after hacking, you are not able to submit a project with a team or on your own, however, you sign up all five days and can provide at least 3 workshop deliveries, we'll provide you $500 HKD /per night * 4 nights reimbursement.

c. If after hacking, you successfully submit a project with a team or on your own, and can provide at least one workshop delivery, but not selected for Demo Day, we'll provide $800 HKD /per night * 4 nights reimbursement.

d. If after hacking, you successfully submit a project with a team or on your own, and can provide at least one workshop delivery, and selected for Demo Day, we'll provide $1,000 HKD /per night * 4 nights reimbursement.

e. THE SUPER HACKERS: If you sign up with us for each day from April 10 - April 14, and successfully submit a project with a team or on your own, and submit at least 3 workshop deliveries, you'll get accommodation reimbursement in full.

3. Accommodation reimbursement rules

a. According to the Foresight X hotel reservation, we provided following hotel reservations to choose from:

• Deluxe twin rooms $1450+10% (room only) * 20
• Deluxe Oceanfront room $ 1750+10% (room only ) * 20
• The rooms you get is first come and first served.

b. Developers who need reimbursement, please check the "need to apply for accommodation reimbursement" option in the event registration form, and developers who pass the review will have the opportunity to participate in subsequent reimbursement applications;

c. Considering the high demand of HK hotels, Foresight X has reserved 40 rooms in advance. We will review the developers who "need to apply for accommodation reimbursement". The developers who pass the review will receive follow-up hotel check-in instructions. Please pay attention in time Mailbox (possibly in the Scam folder), the number of people who have passed the review may exceed 40, first come first served;

d. Note: Passing the review of the option "Need to apply for accommodation reimbursement" does not mean that you will be reimbursed. It only means that you will have the opportunity to stay in the hotel that Foresight X has booked. When checking in, you need to pay in advance by yourself. Only those who meet the reimbursement conditions after the event can be reimbursed, but there is no need to submit relevant bills.

e. This time, Foresight X provides a total of 40 accommodation reimbursement quotas. If you do not stay in the hotel booked by Foresight X, but you stay in other hotels but meet the reimbursement conditions, and the total quota is not reached (for example, other developers have stayed in the reserved hotel but have not met the reimbursement conditions). You can still apply for reimbursement (capped at 1500HDK/person/night), and we will constantly update the relevant information in the community chat.
