  • In this blockchain hackathon, the objective is to build a comprehensive protocol dashboard that leverages the capabilities of BigQuery blockchain-etl for tracking and analyzing the Metis L2 blockchain.

  • The dashboard should provide valuable insights and visualizations related to various metrics such as: Total Value Locked (TVL) charts, Daily Active Users (DAU), Weekly Active Users (WAU), Monthly Active Users (MAU), transaction volume, transaction count, active deployments of contracts, bridge deposits, bridge withdrawals, token volume, token liquidity, and more.

  • The solution should consist of both front-end and back-end components. The front-end should include an intuitive user interface that displays the collected data and presents it in the form of interactive charts. The back-end should establish a seamless connection with Google BigQuery, allowing for efficient data retrieval and processing.

  • Storage Proofs: If you care about cross chain interoperability without relying on faulty bridges Storage Proofs by Herodotus might be what you are looking for.
  • Account Abstraction: If you want to focus on improving usability and onboard web2 users to blockchain, Account Abstraction supported at the protocol level combined with WebAuthn might give you the tools you need.
  • L1-L2 messaging: If you want to create hybrid apps where half of the logic resides on Ethereum and the other half on Starknet, you can use the native L1-L2 messaging system of Starknet to get the best of both worlds.

Again, these are just some ideas to get you started but they are not at all prescriptive. You can apply to the bounty even if you don't use any of them as long as you use Starknet or Cairo in a meaningful way.
