This idea is more based for hot wallets and P2P transaction. When you send funds to someone for the first time it always nerve wrecking. One thing that I do is send a small transaction first if successful I send a second transaction. My solution is to creating an authorization code to verify the wallet. This is what it would look like. The sender wants to send the someone 10 atom. The sender puts in the address and hits send. The receiver gets a message on the wallet with a passcode like a 2FA. The receiver send the sender the passcode and the sender enters the passcode and funds are sent. I believe that this should have a time lock. If the passcode dose not get enter within the set amount of time, it times out. You can add this as an option for the sender to use or send without passcode. This is ideal for P2P transaction where the two parties are in communication with each other. This type of message could allow communication between two wallets like how cell phones send text messages between each other. I do not know if I explain this right.
