About

DataverseOS brings a new data paradigm for individuals to control their web footprint data using a single wallet. The core is an Internet Data Operating System, which powers dApps with user sovereignty and data privacy. DataverseOS transforms browser into self-sovereign computer and and run web-scale applications over decentralized stacks. Developers can create storage-based dApps, e.g. content platforms, social networks, cloud storage, tools for thought, AI marketplace and more. Your data is portable and fully controlled by your wallet. Three key components:

Dataverse Cloud is a decentralized, user-centric cloud drive to store, visualize and monetize data assets. It also works as a Web3 storage solution for apps, providing isolated data sandbox for each app and native interoperability over all apps.

Dataverse Wallet is the first identity authenticator based on EIP-4361 and EIP-5573, which makes it safe for users to sign in to #dataverse dApps and authorize data resources via signatures.

Dataverse SDK is our TS library for developers to sign in with Dataverse Wallet and connect to Dataverse Cloud. It enables builders to create, load, delete, update, monetize, unlock data folders/files and more. PS. We also provide React Hooks SDK to ease development.

About

Fhenix is the first blockchain powered by Fully Homomorphic Encryption to bring computation over encrypted data to EVM smart contracts.

Fhenix is building the first confidential smart contract platform using fully homomorphic encryption (FHE): A novel cryptographic scheme that enables direct computation over encrypted data without ever revealing the underlying data. Fhenix’s goal is to advance application development in the Ethereum ecosystem by bringing data encryption and encrypted-data computation to smart contracts, transactions and on-chain assets for the first time.

What we want you to build :

  • On-chain Poker: (Gaming) leveraging FHE to preserve card privacy, then reveal and compare the cards at the end of the round.
  • Dark pool: (DeFi) Large trades can be encrypted to prevent market panic and MEV. Using fhe, encrypted price and amount can be matched between buyers and sellers.
  • Private voting: (DAO) Token or NFT holders can cast votes to proposals in a confidential manner. A few things can be confidential using FHE: token amount, voting choice, who to delegate votes to, etc.
  • Private payment streaming: (Tool) Streamed payments can be confidential (sometimes it’s better to not know how much your colleagues are getting paid!). FHE can encrypt the multiplier and allow the recipient to withdraw the available amount based elapsed time.
  • Private DID: (Identity) Store your personal data on chain in an encrypted manner and allow other dApps to interact with them. A trusted entity can mint a soul bound NFT with, for example, the date of birth as encrypted metadata (in the form of time stamp). Then, a user can use the soul bound token as authentication to interact with a casino app (ex: 18+ requirement). The casino contract checks if the encrypted date of birth is > 18 years old (in the form of time stamp).

PSE (Privacy and Scaling Explorations) is a research lab within the Ethereum Foundation building free tools that expand the world of cryptography. The focus is on Privacy, Scalability, and the use of zero-knowledge proofs.

TLSNotary is a PSE project that promotes privacy-preserving data provenance and portability, assisting individuals in liberating their data from silos and utilizing it as they see fit, enhancing data composability on the web.

Leveraging the power of the TLS protocol combined with secure multi-party computation, TLSNotary ensures data authenticity and allows for selective disclosure of private data. It is ideal for applications that prioritize privacy and need user data from third-party servers. Examples include the receipt of specific private messages, the confirmation of a product purchase, or accessing health information, among others.

About

Linera is a layer-1 blockchain protocol designed to bring the elastic scaling of web2 to web3, initially inspired by the low-latency payment protocol FastPay developed at Meta.

Linera introduces the idea of operating many lightweight chains, called microchains, in parallel in the same set of validators. Compared to traditional multi-chain systems, a benefit of running all the microchains in the same set of validators is that creating chains does not impact the security model.

The aim is to make it as easy as possible for developers to build on Linera. The programming model of Linera does not depend on a specific programming language. We are using WebAssembly (Wasm) and Rust for the initial execution layer of Linera.
