Lambda Hack Week

A 200 people four-day hacking week from July 6th to 9th in Brussels, during EthCC 2024, aimed at pushing the boundaries of technology.

Lambda Week 2024 is the round two of our LambdaZK Week that we hosted in Paris during EthCC 2023.

​Besides hacking, our 4 day 200 people hackathon will feature workshops, technical presentations and panels that will address the latest developments in the industry.

  • ​Interoperabilty
  • ​Cryptography
  • ​On-chain game development

Elegible Criteria and Judging

By participating, you'll have the opportunity to win your share of a substantial prize pool.

These bounties are judged by the projects issuing the bounty, but also by a jury set by the organization.

In-person bounty winners will be announced by sponsors during the Closing Ceremony on 9th July, 2024.

All prizes will be subject to a technical review to ensure genuine work and collaboration

  • Teams must have no more than 4 hackers and at least 1 hacker, who are all physically in attendance on 06-09 July 2024 for IRL events.
  • Pre-existing projects are not allowed to be considered for prizes. You may, however, build a new feature for an existing project that is unique and standalone.
  • All codes/repositories required to run your project must be submitted. You cannot steal another team's source code.
  • Judges will make the final decision on whether a project will qualify for prize consideration.

Submission Guidelines

At a minimum submissions for prizes must have the following to be considered for judging:

  • Project Description
    • The name and summary of the project
    • Names of each participants and their contact info (GitHub handle, Twitter handle, Telegram handle, email)
  • Link to publicly visible source code repository
    • Comprehensive README, with a clear description of the project
    • A link to a working demo or test guide
  • Showcase (optional)
  • 2-3 minute video describing the project that presents the idea and showing how it works.

Venue Rules

To ensure a great experience for everyone, please follow these rules:

  • Operating Hours: The venue opens at 9:00 AM and closes at 11:00 PM.
  • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue and even in the balcony area.
  • No Outside Food or Drinks: Please do not bring food or beverages from outside.
  • Keep It Clean: Help us maintain a clean environment by disposing of trash properly.
  • Report Issues: If you encounter any issues or see something that needs attention, please contact the organizers as soon as possible.
  • Be Respectful: With so many people here for four days, please behave and be nice to each other.
