Faro is a liquid staking protocol for layer-2 chains like ZKSync, Starkware, Polygon zkEVM, Scroll, and more. It’s built for users looking to stake on these networks, but fail to meet the minimum staking requirements or expensive hardware requirements for running sequencers/provers. As a liquid staking solution, we provide the additional flexibility of immediate liquidity in the form of a staking derivative token. Faro will enable users to stake on Layer-2s, rather than Layer-1s, for the first time and allow them to secure these networks in a capital efficient manner.
