Founder & CEO - João Moreira João has worked in sales early in his career, at Microsoft and Web Summit, and product management at a later stage, at SureSwift Capital, where he eventually became General Manager. The shift to product came after he founded his first startup in 2020, a proptech company called Blaua. João has been in web3 since late 2021, and this experience in selling, managing and building products has helped immensely in Mystic’s journey thus far. Fullstack Engineer - Progress Aienobe Progress is finishing a Bachelor in Mathematics and has close to two years of software development experience. He joined the project early on to help with frontend development, and quickly started wearing many hats and helping with everything from backend to blockchain development. Blockchain Engineer - Lucas Frassetto Lucas has a Bachelor in Computer Science and close to two years of experience in blockchain software development. He joined the team close to 9 months ago and has since dramatically accelerated our progress on everything blockchain-facing, including our backend and making sure that we are keeping our products secure from exploits. Partnerships Manager - Lucas Miras Lucas has a Bachelor in Industrial Engineering and has previously worked as a product manager in Hewlett Packard and as a Business Planner in Samsung. He also has close to two years of experience doing web3 partnerships for Decentral Games. Lucas joined the project a few months ago and has already secured a number of valuable partnerships for the team.
