\n\nCreate governance adjustable entry incentives and exit tax for NFT transfers. \n
\nStargaze aims to make a comfortable home for NFTs to live on-chain. In order to facilitate this, we would like to build a mechanism that pays an incentive for NFTs that come to Stargaze from other chains.
