With more than 12 years of experience in the financial sector, he has a profound experience in Market research and Analysis. After a period of working in financial units, Mr Khiem decided to start his own enterprise. Having a strong passion for Financial Analysis and Business Strategy, he easily sees the potential and grasps the existing needs of the market. For more than 3 years of working in the Fintech field, Mr Khiem is the owner of products such as Thecuatui, TikTik Trading, SmartPOS & Paydi Member, VeBank. Through this journey, he has also found very dependable collaborators who share the same vision and mission to write about future development. - Mr Tram Vo (CTO) Mr Tram Vo is our Chief Technical Officer of Esol Labs. He is an expert in Software Development with over 8-year experience, specializing in developing, implementing and supporting the large scale streaming industry. Moreover, Mr Tram Vo has strong experience in Blockchain Technology and has proved to be a magnificent leader as technical lead for 2 very successful blockchain projects: Luna Rush, Metaspets. With high-level skills and expertise, Mr Tram Vo is leading our team to conquer all state-of-the-art technologies - Mr Thong Nguyen (COO) Mr Thong Nguyen is our Chief Operations Officer. In more than 16 years of working in the field of Financial Analyst, he has accumulated a wealth of in-depth knowledge. With Research, Project Management and Business Strategy skills, he proved to be the Manager at many reputable banks. Grasping the development trend of society, he has started researching Blockchain and participating in this market since 2019. Mr Thong and Esol Labs team have been building and developing creative products which are giving users a great experience. - Mr Phat Nguyen (System Manager) Mr Phat Nguyen, is the System Management of Esol Labs, has an extensive experience in technology. He is a talented Senior DeVops Engineer with over 7-year experience at FPT, Galaxy Play, TikTik Trading, ATOM Solution, specializing in streaming systems as well as handling a large number of users. Besides, Mr Phat also participated in 2 Gamefi Projects: Luna Rush and Metaspets with Mr Tram Vo (CTO), as a DevOps Leader. His masterful skill, outstanding capacity and management acumen combined gives the corporation an exceptional pioneer for the creation of value. - Mr Jean Nguyen (Head of Product) Mr Jean Nguyen, currently the Chief Information Officer of Esol Labs, has an impressive background in Bank's Loan Products & Fintech industries. He also participated in ERP development and implementation. Mr Jean is focused on Loan - Deposit Management System and Payment system for businesses to accelerate in the marketplace, as well as keeping up with the continuous trends in digital technology. Under the leadership and management of Mr Jean, the team has determined that customer-centricity is the key to the development. - Mr Sang Tai (Head of Blockchain) Mr Sang Tai, is Head of Blockchain of Esol Labs, who has a huge experience in Software Development with 3-year as Full Stack Developer. Moreover, he is an expert in the core-system as well as cash flow management over 1$ million per month. Mr Sang Tai leverages his expertise in and passion for software development to implement scalable, performant, decentralized solutions on the blockchain. - Mr Hanh Nguyen (Front-End Leader) Mr Hanh Nguyen is our Lead Frontend Engineer with 8 years of experience in software development. He has participated in many projects from traditional to prominent Gamefi such as Lunarush, Metaspet,... When joining Esol Labs, as a leader, Mr Hanh always creates conditions for development as well as motivates his team. Because of the nature of his work, the products created by him are always carefully taken care of from the smallest details. - Mr Minh Tran (Design Leader) Mr Minh Tran, our Design Leader, has more than 3-year experience in the field of UX/UI Design as well as Graphic Design. Before joining Esol Labs team, Mr Minh has been in charge of designing many dApps projects. As a passionate designer, he is always dedicated to providing the best user experience with strong skills in User Experience and Web/ App Design, Illustration.
