We're a team of three first year CEGEP students at **Dawson College** in the **Enriched Pure and Applied Program**.
Sharing common passions such as **programming, physics, space and math**, we've decided to participate in the 2024 Edition of the McGill University Physics Hackathon - and simulate the orbiting of bodies.
With differing skillsets, which includes programming, design, and 3D rendering, we've coordinated ourselves to combine all our capabilities in this one project, mediated by collaboration on git.
- Alex worked on optimizing the rendering of the simulator, and the phone website for user interactivity.
- Thomas is the data analyst in the team. He gathered real planetary data to feed into our application - which rendered it realistic and faithful to physics.
- Evan programmed the critical mechanics logic required in rendering the bodies, which move around and affect each other.
