We are a group of second time founders, previously we built a digital products studio called Lila Studio, which is currently running with 20 people and more than 20 products made, now we are exiting to be fully focused on Ginova. Federico Chediack(CEO) Experience as a product manager, sales and business leader, 3 years being the founder of a product studio as CEO, previously worked at Mercado Libre and Lagash Systems, has an MBA. Alexander Silva(COO) Experience as an operations, technology and business leader, 3 years being the founder of a product studio as COO, previously worked at Mercado Libre and Lagash Systems as a developer. He completed 4 years of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and has an MBA. Rocio Mena(CTO) Experience as a technology leader, 3 years being the founder of a product studio as CIO, previously worked at Globant. He is writing his Bachelor's thesis in Computer Science.
