\n\n在进入vcDORA 社区投票前，所有申请 Dora Grant DAO 的 BUIDL 需要通过一个相对客观的预筛选过程，保证项目与 Dora Grant DAO 的目标一致，且符合资助标准:\n\n**1.** BUIDL团队是真实的\n\n**2.** BUIDL团队具有相应的技能、知识和良好的动机\n\n**3.** 产品基于第一原理\n\n**4.** 产品/科技导向，团队具有足够的工程和运营能力\n\n**5.** 早期未融资 BUIDL，需有 MVP 或早期产品，有明晰的开发计划且处于活跃开发中

\n\n\n\n**1.** 前往页面的项目提交入口，点击“提交BUIDL” ，填写并提交项目信息。 ( [申请指南 >](https://dorahacks.io/zh/blog/guides/dora-grant-dao/) )\n\n**2.** 通过初筛的项目，需前往 [Discourse - DoraHacks Community Governance Forum](https://community.dorahacks.io/c/dgd/5) 提交项目 Proposal ，包括明确的 Grant 申请金额和项目开发计划。\n\n**3.** 提交 Proposal 后，这些项目将成为 Grant 资助候选项目，最终是否可以获得 Grant 资金则由社区投票决定。具体规则在投票阶段公布。\n\n*注：满足申请条件，且持续 Build 和迭代的项目可以持续申请 Dora Grant DAO Round\n\n# **资助项目评选规则**\n\n\n\n**1.** 候选项目需**提出 Proposal** ，包括**所需的 Grant 金额和项目开发计划** ，才可参与社区投票；否则将失去 Grant 资助候选资格\n\n**2.** **由社区投票决定可获取 Grant 资助的项目 Proposal**\n\n**3.** Grant 将**按社区的投票结果的排名先后顺序发放**，从第一名开始依次给项目分配其提案里的所需资助金额，直至当轮 Grant 资金池发放完毕（如排名前三的项目所提出的 Proposal 所需金额总计等于当轮 Grant 资金池，则只有前三个项目可获得资金分配）\n\n**4.** 每轮结果公布后，DoraHacks将对获得资助的项目进行进一步的尽调。在尽调过程或资助过程中若出现问题，DoraHacks将保留对问题项目调整/撤销Grant发放的权利。\n\n# 如何投票 & vcDORA\n\nRound-1 投票时间为：10月26日 - 11月3日，需要通过完成质押（[Stake $DORA](https://dao.dorahacks.io/#/)）获取 vcDORA 用于投票。\n\nvcDORA是“voice credit DORA”的缩写，通过质押 $DORA 产生，是 Dora Grant DAO 的投票凭证。质押所得的 vcDORA 数量与 $DORA 质押的数量、质押的持续时间以及自初始质押日期以来经过的时间有关。vcDORA 有以下特点：\n\n- vcDORA 具有**线性衰减性**，直至质押期结束衰减为0 (如图)，**请注意投票开启时间，合理安排质押时间及质押数量。**\n\n

\n\n\n· Dora Grant DAO 中文详情 >\n\n# Dora Grant DAO — Long-term Funding Program Kicks Off\n\nDora Grant DAO is a community-driven program to fund the hacker movement - explore and assist hackers with innovative ideas, and eventually help them build important products for the future of multi-chain Web3 ecosystem.\n\nThe grantees will be offered the valuable opportunities to obtain funding to further develop their projects (BUIDLs) and achieve milestones that they have set out. Meanwhile, they will also get access to the Dora community and corresponding resources helpful for the teams in the further development.\n\nAll BUIDLs will be screened before entering community voting. **The first screening and funding round of Dora Grant DAO will provide up to $200k to fund BUIDL proposals**, based on zero-knowledge voting results of [vcDORA community](https://doraresear.ch/2022/09/16/vcdora/). Voting will happen on DoraHacks.io.\n\n# Eligibility\n\n**Dora Grant DAO will fund three types of BUIDLs/ideas in the 1st review round:**\n\n**1.** Multi-chain Web3 infrastructures and toolings solving critical problems;\n\n**2.** Crypto-native applications;\n\n**3.** Intersections between crypto and other frontier technologies;\n\n**The 1st screening round is based on several criteria** to make sure that BUIDL proposals entering vcDORA community voting session would meet the mandate of Dora Grant DAO:\n\n**1.** A real, legit team. \n\n**2.** The team members have proper background and intention to build the proposed product. \n\n**3.** The team is product- / technology-focused. \n\n**4.** The team builds products based on the First Principles. \n\n**5.** MVP / early-stage product available and team is actively developing with a clear roadmap.
*Or, funding BUIDL idea is possible when the idea is thoroughly thought through. \n\n**1.** Visit [Dora Grant DAO Hackathon]() to **submit a BUIDL** and fill out the required information (see [Application Guide](https://dorahacks.io/blog/guides/dora-grant-dao/) for tutorial).\n\n**2.** BUIDLs that pass the initial screening must **submit a Grant Funding Proposal** to [Discourse - DoraHacks Community Governance Forum](https://community.dorahacks.io/c/dgd/5).\n\n**3.** After being selected for the Grant, BUIDLs will go through Community Voting and receive grant funding, **however per may vary on the Community Voting results**.\n\n**Note**: Grantees with **Iterative BUIDLs can re-apply** to the future rounds of Dora Grant DAO.\n\n# Funding Pool Allocation Rules\n\nDora Grant DAO comes in a total amount of $200,000 in the 1st application review and funding round, and the rules for allocation are as follows: \n\n- Selected BUIDLs must **submit a Grant Funding Proposal** prior to participating in the Community Voting.\n\n- Community Voting will determine which BUIDLs‘ Grant Funding Proposal will be approved.\n\n- **The prize will be awarded in the order of the Community Voting results**. Starting with the first place, the following BUIDLs will be allocated the proposed amount until the $200,000 prize pool has been distributed.\n\n- Due diligence will be conducted on the eligibility of every round grantee from Dora Grant DAO. DoraHacks reserves the rights of any revocation/adjustment of the grants.\n\n# How to Vote by vcDORA\n\n**Voting Period (for 1st round of screening): Oct 26 - Nov 3.** \n\nThe voting ticket used here is **vcDORA,** short for “**voice credit DORA**”, free community governance credit generated by **staking $DORA tokens**.\n\nvcDORA is the general non-transferable voice credit for DORA community governance, and the amount of vcDORA associated with an address is related to the amount of DORA staked, the duration of staking, and time elapsed since the initial staking date.\n\nIt has following features: \n\n- Decaying spontaneously and linearly: the vcDORA one holds will turn ZERO at the end of staking period. **Please note to stake and vote at the reasonable time.**\n\n

\n\n- Non-transferable: vcDORA is designed to grant the governance credit to the stakers (the staking addresses), therefore **it’s exclusive (or in popular term “soul-bound”) to the staker and is not allowed to be transferred**.\n\n- Irrevocable: Staking is not allowed to be cancelled because it’s based on interactions with a smart contract. Anti-censorship publishing: Ensuring content tamper-proof and preventing user privacy leakage based on storage and signing of the decentralized social protocol Nostr;
Delegated review: For funding content, any/specific community member can be empowered to do reviewing democratically and independently;
\nJoint curations: community members freely create topics, and carry out curation and governance in the form of DAO;
\nFree publishing: Construct multiple IP publishing agreements to assist in the publication of curated content and realization of the ownership economy;
\nDecentralized funding: aggregate multiple financing and funding mechanisms, and connect curators, funders, creators and readers through DAO;

\nWe are seeking an amount of $50k for a duration of 4 months involved in the following uses:

Based on the decentralized social network protocol Nostr, we are seeking to develop the following decentralized media functions:

Mutual access to the published content on different clients (platforms);
