Bounty 1: Create a MACI round for your community or company
Prize：$250 per winner
Create a MACI (Minimal Anti-Collusion Infrastructure) voting round on Dora Vota for decentralized governance within your community / organization. Dora Vota provides tools to create and manage a MACI voting round, which provides privacy and collusion resistance for voting and community governance. Read Dora Vota operator docs (https://docs.dorafactory.org/docs/vota) to get familiar with MACI and how to use it on Dora Vota.
To take on this bounty, you first need to think about an actual dGov use case within your community or organization, deploy it via Dora Vota, then engage your community to vote in the MACI round. If you could find a real use case and create a MACI round for it, we will provide a $200 prize + gas station reimbursement for users during voting.
If you are an individual hacker, you can also design a good MACI use case, and if the use case is new and valid, we will provide a $50 prize for your idea.
Bounty 2: Establish or Design a BNBChain-IBC Channel

Challenge Description: To make BNBChain more accessible for the crypto-native generation, we would like to invite the brightest minds to build or design a BNBChain-IBC channel based on the IBC Protocol.
The Inter-Blockchain Communication Protocol (IBC) is an open-source protocol to handle authentication and transport of data between blockchains. Explore IBC docs here.
We would like you to design a light client on BNBChain that could support IBC transfers between post-fusion BNBChain and CosmosSDK chains via standard IBC relayers. DoraHacks has previously funded public goods such as Tiny Dancer which is doing similar things on Solana. To take on this bounty, you can either make an implementable design or create an MVP to enable IBC transfer between Dora Vota and BNBChain.

Name: The Next Popular Asset Protocol for BNB Chain

Main Objectives/Goals:
- To identify the upcoming asset protocol for BNB Chain, like NFT and Inscriptions.
- To find the best solution to utilise the existing large base of assets on the BNB Chain.
Challenge Description: This challenge aims to explore emerging asset classes and the protocols behind them, with the goal of identifying the next asset class that could drive mass adoption among users. On the first objective, Ethereum experienced significant growth with the introduction of ERC20 tokens and subsequent success with ERC721 and ERC1155. BNB Chain has followed a similar trajectory but offers a more inclusive, faster, and cost-effective experience for users. For a leading Layer 1 hosting most web3 traffic, what is the next original Asset Protocol that can attract a new generation of unique and native users to the BNB Chain? On the second objective, while embarking on identifying the next Asset Protocols, users are sitting on a large base of assets issued along the history of BNB Chain. Original assets like BNB and USDC are adopted the most, while some becoming redundant over time. With the surge of L2s, assets like ARB, Matic and BTCB are at their primetime on BNB chain too. How to activate the old and utilise the prime?

Challenge Description: This challenge is centered around one of the most exciting frontiers in decentralized finance: the development of flexible and powerful Plugins for THENA's concentrated liquidity AMM on the BNB Chain, akin to Uniswap V4's Hooks. The main goal is to harness the creativity and technical skills of developers to enhance THENA's ecosystem with innovative financial tools and operations.
Participants are tasked with designing and coding Hooks that can seamlessly integrate with THENA, contributing to a more robust and versatile AMM platform. These Hooks could range from simple features like automated portfolio rebalancing to more complex financial instruments that could redefine liquidity management and trading strategies on the DEX.

Description: Computation on the L1 Blockchain is excessively costly. opBNB provides a much more cost-effective platform for conducting such computations. Your objective is to delegate the computation from BSC to opBNB and then transfer the final result back to BSC via the Polyhedra Bridge. It's worth noting that you can assume the client will request this computation every 10 seconds, offering the opportunity to batch transfer computation results to further reduce the cost.
