Special Ecosystem Bounty
Projects may receive bonus bounties from our ecosystem partners other than ranking under the ten evaluation metrics, additional ecosystem bonuses will be available offered by our event sponsors including Moonbeam, AltLayer and Arweave. More bounties will be added soon! Judges from these ecosystem will reward specific ecosystem relevancy rewards to winning projects.

While submitting your ideas and prepare for the event, you may consider the following 10 Key Metrics to be evaluated by our mentor committee:

Authenticity

  • The project should promote authentic social interactions and create a safe environment for users to share their thoughts and experiences.
  • The team should prioritize transparency and integrity in their project, and ensure that all user data is secure and protected.
  • The project should NOT be a direct fork of existing protocols

Sustainability

  • The project should have a clear plan for how it will be maintained and sustained over time, including plans for funding, growth, and ongoing development.
  • The team should consider the environmental impact of their project, and strive to make it as sustainable as possible.

Technology

  • The project should demonstrate innovative use of technology, such as blockchain or AI, to enhance social interactions and promote community building.
  • The team should be able to explain the technical components of their project in detail, and show how they have overcome any technical challenges.

Security

  • The project should prioritize user security and privacy, and demonstrate strong measures to protect user data from breaches or hacks.
  • The team should be able to explain their approach to security, including any encryption methods or other safeguards in place.

Innovation

  • The project should demonstrate creative and unique approaches to social interactions, and offer a fresh perspective on how to build communities online.
  • The team should be able to explain how their project stands out from existing social platforms, and how it could disrupt the industry.

Marketing

  • The team should have a clear plan for how they will market their project to potential users and investors.
  • The project should demonstrate an understanding of user needs and preferences, and offer a compelling value proposition for why users should choose their platform.

Market Readiness

  • The project should be at a stage where it is ready for launch, with a clear roadmap for development and growth.
  • The team should be able to demonstrate that they have a solid understanding of the market landscape, including competition and user trends.

Product Design

  • The project should have a user-friendly and intuitive design, with clear navigation and easy-to-use features.
  • The team should be able to explain how they have incorporated user feedback into their product design, and show how they have iterated based on user testing.

Theme Relevancy

  • The project should clearly align with the theme of social interactions and community building.
  • The team should be able to explain how their project addresses specific challenges or needs within the social landscape, and offer a unique solution to these issues.
