vcDORA Voting Rules

This round of community voting will be the first practice of  anonymous MACI on the BNB Chain.

1. Once users sign up to become vcDORA holders, they will receive 100 votes to support the projects they choose. Each user address is granted 100 votes, and once all 100 votes are used, voting will no longer be possible

  • Voting does not affect your $DORA and vcDORA balance, and the amount of $DORA already staked will not decrease. If you want to get more vcDORA, you can also extend the stake period or increase the number of staked $DORA on this page.

  • Since voting needs $BNB as Gas Fee, please make sure that your $BNB is in the same address as vcDORA.

2. MACI refers to Minimum Anti-Collusion Infrastructure, which is an effective mechanism to prevent voting violations.

The ETH Research Grant R3 community voting will use the anonymous MACI protocol, which is a first for the industry in terms of community governance. With this protocol, anonymity will be achieved between administrators and users, resulting in complete anonymity for the MACI. The vcDORA community will be granted a whitelist, allowing them to participate in anonymous MACI governance. MACI will not affect the voting process, but will not display the voting results in real time. The results will be announced after the end of the voting period.

Any research on Ethereum is welcome to be uploaded according to the topic. Stay tuned for more tracks to be added!
