This initiative envisions a constellation of satellites in LEO to extend the lifetimes of existing satellites through on-orbit refueling, repairs and de-orbiting space debris. These satellites should incorporate optimal orbit maneuvers, peer to peer refueling, advanced soft-capturing docking mechanisms amongst other innovative, well researched state-of-the-art technologies.
