JobCrypt is a fully decentralized EVM Job Board built on Optimism and IPFS. Besides being different in having no dedicated backend databases or clouds, JobCrypt is exciting in that it enables Job Seekers to apply for their roles using Web3 and it enables Employers to post their listings using Web3 and Cryptocurrency.
