If Premium Redeems are possible, it request a redeem into a BTC wallet controlled by the bot. It then immediately tries to issue KBTC on another vault.

The Premium BOT is composed of two binaries, the Redemer and the Issuer. They are supposed to be run in parallel.

The Redeemer consumes KBTC and generates BTC when a vault offers premium redeems. The Issuer consumes BTC and refills the Redeemer KBTC balance by sending issue requests.
