Have you ever wanted to trade your 10 ETH NFT for a $20 book? Well we have the place for you! Spamazon gives NFTs a new purpose: payment for a purchase, on or off the blockchain. If your local food or furniture store has an appetite for risk, they can accept NFTs as payment or as collateral until payments are made using, all Spamazon. Buyers can benefit from bartering with their NFTs or posting them as collateral until they daytrade for enough money to repay. A store that adopts this concept can reach a new market that doesn't require an intermediary trade for currency. In our example store "Spamazon", a buyer can pay with, or post collateral in the form of, an NFT. The OpenSea floor price must be at least as much as the item being purchased. The buyer will receive delivery of the item, and the store will either receive the NFT, receive the NFT as collateral until repayment, or receive the NFT if the buyer does not repay within 30 days. The current example is deployed on the Rinkeby Testnet only. So why not use your NFTs to pay? You’ll never need to use fiat or an ERC20 again!
