Emmanuel Lorenzo L. Bonuan, known as EL, is the Founder and Imagineer of MAIBA Studio, a creative tech startup built upon his extensive experience in art, game development, XR, blockchain, IoT, and AI. With over a decade at the intersection of art and technology, EL is recognized for blending traditional art with emerging technologies like NFTs and the metaverse. Formerly the Head of Studio at XOVOX Labs, he has led groundbreaking projects that push the boundaries of creative expression. Deeply inspired by Filipino mythology, EL's work creates immersive experiences that connect the physical and digital realms. An active member of the Solana ecosystem since winning the Solana Hyperdrive Hackathon 2023 and a member of Superteam Philippines, EL continues to pioneer innovation in the creative tech space. --- Theo is the Founder and CEO of The Howdy Studios, a web3 dev shop that builds innovative decentralized apps in EVM, Solana and Arweave-AO. He is a multi-awarded hackathon winner, having secured top positions in competitions across prominent blockchains like Polygon and Solana, building dApps focused on digital identities and DAOs. With a solid foundation as a former Engineering Manager at Accenture, Theo led and mentored international developer teams (US, EU, PH) to create an Enterprise-grade AI-powered Change Management platform, driving significant process improvements, technical competencies and operational efficiencies. Currently, as a Senior Engineer at Hawksight, Theo plays a pivotal role in developing the leading liquidity yield optimizer and aggregator on Solana, envisioned as the liquidity backbone of an on-chain NASDAQ. Beyond his professional commitments, Theo is passionate about fostering the next generation of web3 developers through his leadership in Arweave Philippines and Web3 Bulacan. These initiatives are dedicated to expanding the web3 ecosystem by onboarding and mentoring new developers, organizing community events, and promoting education about blockchain technologies. Theo's efforts are instrumental in building a robust and innovative web3 developer community in the Philippines and beyond.
