Aptos Victors is an endless F2P (free-2-play) AR runner game that combines engaging gameplay with an introduction to the principles of blockchain and Web3. The game integrates the conflict between the old centralized internet (Web2) and the new decentralized internet (Web3) into its storyline and gameplay mechanics, while utilizing AR technology to enhance the immersive experience. The game is based on the principles of fair play and doesn't have any pay-to-win mechanics.
Game Overview
In Aptos Victors, players control Victor, a digital hero striving to upgrade the internet from Web2 to Web3. As Victor races through lush forests and charming villages, Web2 throws up obstacles to slow him down and prevent him from completing the mission. The whole game is a thrilling chase, as Victor dodges these challenges while collecting treasures for crafting and completing quests and pushes towards his goal - a fair, decentralized Web3 internet.
As the player navigates the environment, they can collect treasures, which can be valuable assets. These treasures may include tokens, fictionalized NFTs, and more.
Further,Players can participate in quests from other projects in the ecosystem to earn additional rewards.
There are three modes in the game :
Practice: In this mode, players play the game at their own pace without any time limits or competitive pressure,though they have limited lives.
Duel : This is a competitive mode where two players go head-to-head.Each player bets a certain number of tokens at the start of the match and the winner takes the entire pool of tokens.
Tournament : In this mode, players can enter a tournament by paying an entry fee. A leaderboard tracks the players who have collected the most leaves during the tournament period and the prize pool is distributed among the winners.
Quests : The quests introduce the players to the other dApps of the Aptos ecosystem.The quests will be given by partner projects and players can choose to complete the quests according to their liking.These quests will have clear instructions and rewards for players.Some examples on how quests will be implemented(the quests mentioned here are sample quests,not the real ones)

Any prior wallet or knowledge of Web3 is not required for playing this game.
Upon registration, a wallet will be automatically created for the user. The mnemonic, necessary for future recovery, will be displayed and securely stored on the user's local system.
Before the gameplay starts, users are required to mint the NFT of the character.The players will be available to mint character NFT easily without any gas fees as the gas fees are sponsored.
Once these steps are completed, users can begin the game. They will navigate the ecosystem as the character Victor, skillfully dodging obstacles and collecting treasures along the way.
