Grasp Academy is an education content platform built for educators and creators to share their skills and knowledge, and earn directly for their work. Grasp is built on the innovative EDU Chain and powered by Open Campus. Our web3 platform integrates Open Campus ID, allowing users to easily connect, learn, earn, and be rewarded for excellence.

About the Builder: Craig Moss

I am currently employed at IO Digital as a Full Stack/Frontend Developer and work on quite a few exciting projects for the company and their clients in a web2 world.

In my spare time I enjoy attending different web3 hackathon events and building with new exciting blockchain technologies.

I am an active member of the ApeCoin DAO and authored AIP 376 which formed the Web3 Development Working Group. I was also recently accepted in the first round of the APE_U AIP Coaches.

Content Platform for Creators:

  • Enables creators to share their work, videos, and educational content.
  • Creators can earn directly from their contributions using the Grasp web3 platform.
  • Supports a variety of content formats, including video tutorials, articles, and interactive courses.

Web3Auth and Open Campus ID Integration:

  • Simplifies the authentication process and onboarding of users using account abstraction to allow easy account creation using google and other social media logins
  • Fully integrated with Open Campus ID allowing learners to track and earn in our education economy.

Knowledge Asset Marketplace Allow publishers to sell their course and lesson NFTs including collections from TinyTap and other Open Campus publishers in the education sector via our Knowledge Asset Marketplace.

AI Integration: Utilise AI to improve the user experience in creating content, personalising learning paths, and providing real-time feedback and scoring on tests or course quizzes.

Community Engagement & Support With any new project we hope to support and give back to our early adopters and supporters. As part of our initial offering we aim to launch the EDU Owls NFT collection that will give holders access to all our courses and lessons. In addition we aim to launch a token and have an airdrop to create community engagement and propel the project forward.

Create a Comprehensive Learning Ecosystem: Develop and integrate learning, earning, and financing education on the EDU Chain. Offer a holistic and interconnected educational experience.

Create a Knowledge Asset Marketplace Allow publishers to sell their courses and lessons including collections from TinyTap and other Open Campus publishers in the education sector.

Facilitate Onboarding: Provide a streamlined onboarding process for new users including learners, companies and staff, web3 and DAO community members. Create specific educational tracks and quests for different communities like the ApeCoin DAO.

Support Education Financing: Utilise EduFi to provide grants and loans for educational purposes. Ensure users have access to financial resources to support their learning journey.

Companies: Onboarding and training for new staff and existing employees. Continuous learning opportunities for existing employees with a reward system based on scoring.

DAOs: Structured educational tracks for DAO-specific knowledge and skills. Used to onboard new community members.


Hackathon Tracks: Infrastructure The Grasp web3 application will feature an Knowledge Asset Marketplace allowing educators and publishers to buy and sell their publisher and course NFTs. We aim to include collections from Tiny Tap and other Open Campus partners in the future.

Hackathon Tracks: Earn, Learn & EduFi Grasp Academy aims to build an Education Economy allowing users to learn, earn and be rewarded, as well as verify their skills and knowledge on EDU Chain. With verified Proof of Learning models in place, Grasp Academy students and learners will be able to fund their education utilising EduFi grants and loans.
