The founder Lee Ting Ting is a KOL on Instagram with 40k followers and a web3 developer since 2017. In 2018, she was an associate consultant at the Data&AI department of Microsoft. After graduation, she started a consultancy company named The Z Institute, doing customized smart contract, DApp development, and security audits securing DeFi projects for more than 1B USD TVL. Meanwhile, The Z Institute also incubates new talents in the field of new technologies, including AI, gaming, and VR. This is how she met the other team member James Lin. James was one of her students in the developer’s training bootcamp. He is a full stack developer and has proficient experience in the development for early stage startups. The team has also partnered with Growing3, a web3 marketing firm that specializes in leveraging on-chain data. This helps FansNetwork to further match promotion opportunities for the onboarded KOLs, providing an additional revenue stream.
