Description:

TokenEstate is a revolutionary web3 platform designed to democratize real estate investment through blockchain technology. It enables the tokenization of abandoned and underutilized properties, allowing anyone to invest in real estate projects with transparency and security. By investing, users receive security tokens representing ownership shares, which entitle them to a portion of the rental income once the property is renovated and leased.

Main Features:

Property Tokenization:

Convert real estate assets into digital tokens, making property investment accessible and divisible among a broader range of investors.

Initial Token Offering:

Tokens are to be sold on the platform within a given period (2 hours to 24 days). The investors see the project details, i.e. the photos of the building, the renovation project, the budget and period, and the expected ROI estimation.

The investors buy tokens using an escrow smart contract: in this case, the required amount of funds is not raised, the investors are getting their money back.
