MuseTime - A decentralized time trading tool

MuseTime is a decentralized time x space trading tool built on Arweave and Ethereum. In this high-dimensional world, time and space can be freely transformed.

We came across this hackathon by chance and decided to work together to implement some fun ideas. We all felt that doing web3 projects is not only about decentralized functions, but also about using a decentralized way to do anything.

An idea came out, because there is no clear concept of time in the blockchain, all events are recorded in one block, and the whole history can be replayed at any time. This is like in this high-dimensional world, time and space can be freely transformed. This gives us an idea to make a time trading tool, we call it MuseTime, a time x space trading tool, the conversion is fully supported by a decentralized infrastructures.

What exactly is it

It is to buy time with Ether. You can put the time that you can sell on the chain. You may be a influencer, an expert, or a person who likes to make friends, anyone who likes can buy your time and get an NFT, this NFT can also be traded again. Of course, the delivery of time still has to be offchain, after delivery, you can redeem the time and get paid. The NFT will be retained forever, but the state will change.

How it works

You can put your page in your twitter profile, so people can click on it to schedule a date with you. First of all, you need to set the time that you are available, and a brief introduction of your topic. These information is stored on Arweave, you can also set a price. At the same time, a message about your time can be sold will be recorded on Ethereum, so that anyone can pay a certain amount to get an NFT, which contains you "time" details.

After the time is delivered (offline or online), the minted NFT can be redeemed, so you can get the Ether paid by the other.
