A decentralized passport for a decentralized citizen of a decentralized world.

So why not make the information about the people who live in this world a little more complete?

The Citizen Project seeks to reveal the character and characteristics of the psyche of individuals based on social connections and seeks to minimize subjectivity.

Passport of the WEB 3.0 World Citizen is an NFT that lives in the WEBApp of the Telegram bot, where the object of validated ownership is the HTML that users interact with.

NFT passports are stored on the custodial wallet.

The passport implements a system of social ties, whereby each user can assign a characteristic to another user, and users from the social ties vote for that characteristic.

There is a gratitude system where each user can thank another by sending a TON to their custodial wallet. In doing so, the number of thanks is displayed on the passport, which can serve as a kind of additional indicator.

The project closes such an important part of the tasks of the hackathon and the TON network as a whole, as seamless penetration into society, due to the social mechanics implemented in the passport. A user who has never before encountered cryptocurrencies, NFT and the WEB 3.0 world can issue themselves a passport completely free of charge and, if they wish, subsequently figure out how the world of cryptocurrencies works.

We believe that our project will be useful to every citizen, whether an individual or an employee of an organization, because a deeper understanding of personality psychology can help:

• In interacting in the professional sphere;
• In maintaining healthy and deep personal relationships;
• To better understand yourself and your strengths and weaknesses;
• To become more effective and successful in life;
• Provide support and assistance to those who need our help. Overall, understanding the psychology of others can help us to be more empathic, open and respectful in our relationships with those around us, which can lead to a better quality of our lives and the lives of people in our environment.

At the current stage, our development plans include:

• Expanding monetization opportunities.
• Development of rewards mechanics: medals and diplomas in the form of NFT.
• Elaboration of verification algorithms to increase impartiality and minimize subjectivity;
• Authorization module for websites;
• API for educational institutions for issuing diplomas / certificates / certificates, etc. in the form of NFT;
• Questionnaires / surveys;
• Advertising of socially significant projects.

We sincerely believe that our passport will integrate into the canvas of the WEB 3.0 world and develop into an identity verification standard.

The objective of the Citizen project is to show the personality of the person as impartially as possible, to minimize subjectivity as much as possible.

The project exists in the form of a Telegram bot with a WebApp in it. The bot serves for low-level interaction with the passport and contains the following functions:

1. My pasport - Opens the WebApp of your passport;
2. Find a pasport - Finds and displays the Citizen's passport using basic text parameters;
3. Verification requests - This item contains verification messages for characteristics that are assigned to Citizens from your social connections;
4. Premium - This section allows you to pay a premium, gaining additional features and improving the appearance of your passport;
5. FAQ - Opens the WebApp with a FAQ, instructions and terms of use;
6. Donate - Shows the address of your donation wallet.
7. Edit Data - Gives you the ability to change basic passport settings for a TON;
8. Wallet - Deposits or withdraws TON from the Passport custodial wallet, balance inquiry.

The Citizen's Passport is an NFT where the object of confirmed ownership is HTML, with which the user interacts. All the parameters that appear in the passport are contained in the properties of the NFT, which are constantly changing. The WebApp is needed to show us the passport. The passport contains basic Citizen parameters such as:

1. Photo - is mandatory. It does not pass the face check on the image. There is an option to change for a TON;
2. Name on Telegram - You can only change your name directly on Telegram;
3. Name — Required parameter. There is an option to change for a TON;
4. Surname — Required parameter. There is an option to change for a TON;
5. Date of Birth — Cannot be changed;
6. Gender — Required parameter. There is an option to change for a TON;
7. Action points - Required to change the value of characteristics and add new ones. They are awarded every week depending on the number of social connections;
8. "Thank you" - The figure shows the number of thanks expressed in TON.

Under the basic parameters there is a line with service data:

1. Registration date;
2. Address of the custodial wallet;
3. Balance of the custodial wallet.

What follows is a list of the main sections:

1. Character;
2. Emotions;
3. Morals;
4. Vices;
5. Attitude;
6. Skills;
7. Social Ties. The section line shows how many characteristics it contains, and also has a button that opens a modal window with a description of that section.

Character, emotions, morals, vices, attitudes - related to a person's psychology. They contain lists of characteristics with values that Citizens from Social Connections vote for. The skills section contains lists of skills that Citizens from Social Connections also vote for. Social Connections is the section where the user adds new social connections. Each social connection contains a menu of the following options:

1. View Passport;
2. Assign a characteristic;
3. Change the link's timeline;
4. Say Thank You.

Working with characteristics. You can assign characteristics in various cases, namely:

1. When creating a new social connection, the user has the ability to assign no more than seven characteristics across all sections, but no more than two in each section.
2. In the case when someone assigns a characteristic to a Citizen who is in your social connections. In this case, the bot will send you a message inviting you to respond in some way to the suggested characteristic.
3. By spending action points. They are assigned depending on your tariff plan and the number of Citizens in your social relations.

Rate plans. There are three tariff plans implemented in the project:

1. Citizen — Has a single appearance option. There is a limit on the number of social connections and the number of assigned action points. There are no additional options.
2. Sponsor — There is a possibility to choose the appearance of the passport. Increased the number of social ties. More action points can be assigned. You can search and view other people's passports.
3. Micenate — There is an option to choose a premium passport appearance. Maximal number of social connections. More action points. Search and view other people's passports. It is possible to assign characteristics to Citizens not from social connections.
