Background
Following the thriving of gaming on TON since 2023, we have observed that the proven formula used by engagement-farming (“网赚”) games leveraging virality can be very effective on TON. Taking Notcoin and Catizen as examples:
- Both projects adopted the engagement-farming designs with proven success in 2019, which we call "Gen 1" of engagement-farming games
- Their key characteristic is simplicity. With minimal gameplay and intuitive rewarding loops, they are optimal to onboard new users
While some Gen 1 games are still relevant, for the past years, engagement-farming games have successfully transitioned to what we call "Gen 2":
- Featuring casual games from various genres
- Keeping the intuitive rewarding loop but putting a higher emphasis on the gameplay experience
Suzume’s strategy is to equip the success-proven “Gen 2” engagement-farming games with viral mechanics, in order to onboard the masses to Suzume and TON.
Components
Suzume has 3 main pillars: Suzume Quest, Suzume Games and Suzume Network. At the core of Suzume is $SZM (to be launched later). The following diagram demonstrates the Suzume ecosystem in a nutshell.

Suzume Quest
Suzume Quest places a comprehensible questing and reward system at the core of each Suzume games, to help them drive growth and engagement. See the attached demo video for how it works.
Below are the unique points of Suzume Quest:

- Support ANY HTML5 engine, via API and SDK
- Lootbox-based and time-gated rewards:
- Proven to be enjoyable to players
- Effective against cheating and hyperinflation
- Can be integrated by client-only games (which many simple games are)
- Designed to fit and be beneficial for all types of games:
- Equip simple games with questing, referral and P2A, boosting engagement
- Any game can use it to implement collection-driven campaigns to fuel their growth
- We are building a campaign system called Suzume League. Inspired by the highly successful fortune card campaign by Alipay, Suzume League rewards players for treasure-hunting from Suzume Quest across games
Rewards
By completing the quests, players could earn 4 types of rewards:
- pSZM: off-chain token, which in the future can be converted to $SZM
- Suzume Gems: hard currency used in the Suzume ecosystem (including games)
- Game Assets: items & currencies; on-chain & off-chain
- NFT Collectibles: for opportunities to earn special prizes (e.g. Suzume League) or benefits in the Suzume ecosystem
Suzume Games
We will kickstart Suzume Games with our in-house games, and in parallel we will onboard third party games. Our portfolio contains a wide range of quality games. We plan to publish them on Suzume at regular intervals to cover a large audience. See below for examples:

Suzume Network
Suzume Network aims to adapt the success formula of WeChat mini games to Telegram, creating a fully integrated cross promotion network.
- Starts by sharing traffic among in-house games; will gradually open to third party games
- Each game can gain a traffic boost during game launches and special campaigns
- Some games can enjoy further promotion, under scenarios such as:
- Voted/staked with $SZM by the developer or players
- Contribution to the Network
- Joining campaigns (e.g. Suzume League)
