BB24 - Yale Quantum Monte Carlo

We propose a novel amplitude encoding and unitary generation scheme which builds upon the existing append() function in Qiskit. We modify the circuit by introducing ancilla qubits that are used to mimic the states of qubits that are used as control. By introducing more qubits and allowing more parallel computing using ancilla qubits, we can theoretically reduce the circuit depth and decrease the Monte Carlo overload on the system
