Schedule

  • Start: April 20th
  • End: June 20th (12:00 noon UTC)

Getting Started

  1. BUILDers should submit their BUIDL projects via https://dorahacks.io/hackathon/22 . But before that, make sure that you already have an account.

Use the  Sign in/up button at the upper right corner of the page to access the sign-up options.

Github, crypto wallet and email are supported for creating an account. For hackers, we recommend you to connect the account to your github to make more people know what you are building at any time.

*You may be asked to receive a verification code via email. The email may take some time to arrive. No worries! The code will not expire in 10 minutes when you click “send code”.

2. Before the submission DDL at June 20th, please make sure you have added your Github link, a short description and a 5-min video to the project. You can submit the project first, edit it later before the DDL.

Go to https://dorahacks.io/hackathon/22 and click “Submit BUIDL”.

→ If you already have a BUIDL on DoraHacks

Choose your BUIDL project from "Apply with Existing BUIDL". Check and choose the bounties you want to claim.

Prize Pool

The submissions which were selected by the bounty owners will be eligible for the distribution of the $150,000 shared prize pool which is provided by the Polkadot treasury. A jury appointed from the sponsoring projects will distribute the prize pool to the best submissions using quadratic voting.

Besides project-specific bounties, there is also an Open Track where any project which is of relevance to the Polkadot or Kusama ecosystem can apply and try to get a piece of the shared prize pool (preselection by the organizing team does apply).

Bounties

Project-specific bounties are provided by some of the leading Dotsama teams which are co-organizing amsterDOT. The bounties are distributed at the discretion of their respective owners. After the hack, the sponsoring projects will pick the best submissions for each of their bounties.

You can find the individual bounties on https://amsterdot.io.
