# **Know-how disclosure project (the secret) of Stanley Meyer.** Stanley Meyer created a technology for the low-cost decomposition of Water into Hydrogen and Oxygen with associated production of Electricity. To date, the terms of all his patents have passed, but no one can repeat his result, since he did not disclose the KNOW-HOW. To launch this technology, you need to answer 3 questions WHAT, HOW, WHEN. WHAT - what happens and what physical processes are triggered in a Water Fuel Cell (to create a theory of WFC and a physical and mathematical model). HOW - how to translate the theory of WFC into a working prototype (WFC production technology). WHEN - when this technology can enter mass use (establishing business processes). The first 2 questions relate to scientific research. And only 3 questions relate to business. I have been working on this project since January 19, 2021. The first question is WHAT I closed. I have created a physical and mathematical model and theory of a WFC water fuel cell. Now I'm working on the question of HOW. I am developing a technology for creating WFC. Water can be obtained in space from comets. Hydrogen will be the fuel for the spacecraft. Oxygen is essential for astronauts to breathe.
