Top of OASIS - aelf Metaverse Hackathon Recap and Result Announcement
February 28th marked a successful conclusion of aelf Metaverse hackathon — Top of OASIS which has invited global developers. During the event, we have received a flux of registrations from nearly 100 technical teams, 27 of which completed the project submission on time.
Nine excellent developer teams stand out through a five-day evaluation (February 24th - February 28th). They will receive a cumulative bonus of $680,000 and durable technical support from aelf. Subsequently, the projects will contribute to the construction of aelf prosperous, healthy, and secure ecology.
GameFi Track

DID Network is an open platform based on on-chain data. Users can bind their wallets and generate their own passports. The nodes of DID Network will parse the on-chain data and get the aggregation results, such as DeFi scores, user behavior analysis, and so on.

Using the Oculus Quest 2, Meta Insurgent is built on the immersive VR-Metaverse First Person Shooter (FPS) where users will strategize their offensive and tactical movement in engaging their opponents in the VR arena. Users will get to customize their avatar profile, weapons system and enhance their tactical movement through teleport pod.

Aelf Pixels - NFT collection and 3D gallery
Aelf Pixels is an NFT contract deployed in Aelf blockchain. This contract is implementation of ERC-721 standard (standard that describes how to build non-fungible tokens on the EVM blockchains). One of the differences is this: in EVM networks, contracts are written in Solidity, but in AELF they are written in C#.
