Due to ticket scalping and forgery, unnecessary on-site wait times due to an influx of attendees, duplicate tickets, and ticket verification still exists. Producers and creators aren’t exploring alternative revenue streams and business models as they face limitations and constraints as the existing model is bland. **Solution: ** Transform vulnerable paper tickets into Digital Collectible Tickets or non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Create a Web3 Performing Arts Platform (including a secondary marketplace). 1. Through verification via QR code or beacon admission, we get rid of hassles and reduce economic costs. 2. All tickets are NFTs  no duplicates/forged tickets. 3. Audience members can easily access secondary market tickets that are authenticated. 4. Creators can exercise control via set mark-ups. 5. Creators receive profit through secondary sales. 6. Costumes, props, and tickets can be sold as RWA. Our project simplifies the way real-world assets (RWAs) are tokenized and traded, leveraging smart contracts on the Klaytn blockchain. At the heart of our project is a vision to streamline the transition of various markets onto the blockchain, identifying and targeting those with the greatest potential for digital transformation. Our platform’s business logic runs completely on solidity smart contracts, and users interact with it through a Next.js UI. We aimed to make our platform easily forkable, and thus used a modern tech stack that easily integrates with the most used frameworks and APIs. Our users are empowered to create collections of their real-world assets, which are then verified and priced by trusted verifiers - similar to local real estate markets. These assets are tokenized into tradable units, fostering a new marketplace where tokens can be traded, listed, and even used to form Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) around the assets. Our project is more than just a marketplace; it's a template and a stepping stone towards the larger goal of bringing the vast world of Real-World Assets onto the blockchain, making their trade more accessible, secure, and transparent. We envision a future where the exchange of Real-World Assets is as seamless and straightforward as trading digital assets today.

Platforms like YouTube introduced monetization, transforming creators into business entities. However, these platforms commodify user data, selling it to advertisers. Creators face challenges in maintaining their audience's loyalty and authenticity due to the platforms' control over audience engagement and revenue models. This has highlighted a growing crisis in the Web2 creator economy, where issues of content ownership and ethical monetization practices are increasingly questioned. ## Intellectual Property as a Real-World Asset Intellectual property (IP) is a critical real-world asset, especially for creators in the digital age. Recognizing IP as an asset allows for its valuation, protection, and monetization in ways that traditional Web2 platforms have failed to address adequately. By considering IP as an asset, creators can leverage their work for more sustainable and equitable economic benefits. ## What Playz does Playz is a trailblazing decentralized social media platform that marries the best of Web2 and Web3. It revolutionizes content ownership by allowing creators to tokenize their IP, offering a robust platform where artists and creators can directly engage with their fans through token-gated access. This model ensures that creators have full control and ownership of their IP, turning their creative output into a tangible, tradeable asset.
