Team Information
JP Emelie Marcos is the co-founder and CEO. Prior to founding Código, JP co-founded SignifAI, an early AI leader focused on the DevOps space, as CEO in 2015. SignifAI was an AI company providing root-cause analysis to large enterprise DevOps teams. The Company was acquired by New Relic (Nasdaq: NEWR) in 2019 in a 9-figure exit. JP and his team grew the New Relic AIOPs platform from 0 to 350K monthly DevOps users over the subsequent three years. Prior to SignifAI, JP was the COO of Tango where he worked for over 4 years with Diego (Chief Architect) to build Tango, a mobile consumer company, from 0 to 500M downloads in 5.5 years. JP is a former venture capitalist and an alum of Bain & Company, Morgan Stanley and Harvard Business School.
Diego Besprosvan is the co-founder and CTO. Prior to founding Código, Diego co-founded Ownera in 2017 as the CTO, a financial blockchain infrastructure company. Ownera enables large financial institutions to transact private assets from traditional ledgers to blockchains. Ownera counts banks such as JP Morgan and US Bank among its customers. Prior to joining JP at Tango, Diego co-founded Mailvision as the CTO, a developer tool company focused on the VoIP space which was acquired by Audiocodes (Nasdaq: AUDC) in 2010 in a 9 figure exit. Diego is a graduate of Technion University.
Jaziel is the founding engineer of Codigo and lead engineer. Prior to Código, Jaziel worked with JP directly for two years and he was the standout professional in his team, rising from individual contributor to team lead and manager in a short period of time. Jaziel brings a decade of development experience as a full-stack developer, in web2 as well as web3.
Soham Shah is a developer and head of community development at Código. Prior to Código, Soham worked for a number of web3 companies in various capacities, from developer to developer relations engineer. Soham has personally won 5 different hackathons, hosted over a dozen developer workshops on a variety of web technologies and his written content across multiple platforms is gathering a rapidly growing audience.
