From Nov 7th, 2022, DoraHacks launched its long-term funding program for early Aptos BUIDLers - Aptos Grant DAO ! The program looks forward to the brightest minds of all tracks to enrich the Aptos ecosystem and get funded. Judging and grant-giving will happen periodically, and in the 5th judging round, the grant pool will be 4000 APT as BUIDLer Grants plus 2000 APT as extra community quadratic pool! Meanwhile, Aptos Grant DAO will also be a part of DoraHacks’ long-term program funding BUIDLers in various blockchain ecosystems, as DoraHacks’ innovation to empower the everlasting hacker movement. Project Submission:  The portal is open long-term. Projects submitted by March 5th, 2024(Updated!) will enter this judging and funding round. Judging (for finalists) [Round 5] : March 21st ~ March 28th, 2024 Project demo : March 29th ~ March 5th, 2024(Updated!) Community Voting [5th Round] : April 1st ~ April 22nd Judging (for grantee tiers) [5th Round] : April 15th ~ April 22nd Grace Period for Anti-Sybil Attack Check : April 23rd ~ 27th Result Announcement: April 28th Aptos Grant DAO Long-term Funding Program will always be open for application , but do note that application review and fund distribution will only happen periodically in sequential rounds. 1- Your project must be running on the Aptos blockchain (testnet/devnet/mainnet). 2- You must submit a project with its Github repo. 3- Your project must be original. 4- Your project have not raised Round A funding. 1- Submit project information After submission, please pin @dorahacksofficial on Telegram to verify that you’re the project owner. 2- After judging, selected projects will be visible at Grant BUIDLs to receive votes from the community. 3- Entry to Aptos Grant DAO Long-term Funding Program will be  always open for application , but application review and fund distribution will happen periodically in sequential rounds. Defi ANY decentralized, compatible and legit financial products on Aptos. Infra/Tooling ANY Infrastructure and tools that can strengthen Aptos’ current stack, Dapp development and user experience. DAO/Community ANY DAO/Community infrastructure and application including DAO building schemes, tooling, governance, voting mechanism, etc.. NFT / Gaming ANY NFT/Gaming-centered projects and innovative ideas. Move Native ANY works based on native MOVE applications or theories contributing to MOVE Judges will score considering the following aspects: Aptos Alignment Level of Public Goods Business model Innovation Technicality Research and Application of cutting-edge blockchain/cryptology theories. Distribution Rules: Applicants can apply and enter the Grantee shortlist. Prior to the distribution of the grant, all Grantee candidate projects must provide proof deployed on the Aptos chain and pass the authenticity verification. Otherwise, the grant will not be issued. Builder's Grants - Fixed Grant Portion Total of 4000 APT (including directed bonuses) All Grantees will be divided into four tiers to receive the Grant as follows: Tier 1: 300 APT Tier 2: 200 APT Tier 3: 100 APT Directed Builder Grant: 500 APT There is no limit to the number of grantees, and the grant cap is set at 4000 APT. If there are remaining grant amounts due to insufficient projects to distribute grants, the remaining grant funds will be carried over to the next grant pool. QF pool - Total of 2000 APT Among the projects that receive the Grant, those in Tier 1, Tier 2, and those who receive the Directed Grant will enter the QF community voting phase. The total allocation in the Grant ratio pool is 2000 APT. *Due diligence will be conducted on the eligibility of every round grantee from Aptos Grant DAO. DoraHacks reserves the rights of any revocation/adjustment of the grants. Aptos Grant DAO is a long-term early-stage project funding program initiated by DoraHacks, focusing on Aptos blockchain.
